Who you are
You are a creative and customer-focused individual with a passion for home furnishing and retailing. You possess a design-based education and have a keen eye for aesthetics. Your ability to generate new ideas and concepts, along with your enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment, makes you an ideal candidate. You have a passion for understanding how people live at home and are driven to improve their shopping experience through innovative and inspiring visual merchandising solutions. You are flexible with working hours, willing to adjust your schedule to complete projects and tasks according to business needs.
What you bring to the role
- A strong sense of style and design, with the ability to create visually appealing displays.
- Experience in visual merchandising or similar retail work.
- Skills in design software like Revit and/or AutoCAD.
- Proficient communication skills in Finnish and/or English, enabling clear and effective interaction with stakeholders and clients in a diverse work environment.
- Ability to work well with others and manage tasks efficiently.
- Willingness to travel domestically and/or internationally for work and/or projects.
- Experience in working with clients and teams to create successful projects.
You will have a proven track record in the following areas
- Implementing range presentation solutions that reflect various styles and price levels.
- Enhancing customer shopping experiences through knowledge of consumer behavior and store layout.
- Collaborating effectively with teams to seize commercial opportunities and improve financial results.
- Staying updated on home furnishing trends and generating creative directions that inspire visitors.
- Demonstrating confidence in approaching and communicating with different people in various situations, focusing on developing business through people.
A day in your life with us
- Keep visual displays fresh and relevant by applying insights into customer behavior, the store layout, merchandising techniques, and the local market.
- Plan, implement, and maintain all visual merchandising solutions throughout the store.
- Bring design concepts to life on the sales floor, ensuring they are engaging and aligned with our international concept.
- Collaborate daily with skilled interior design and visual merchandising professionals.
- Create displays that spark excitement and inspire customers to explore home décor ideas.
