Description:
About the role

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Part-time Naturopath to join us as a Field Vitamin Trainer - 3 days per week. You will be the go-to expert for product education. You'll train retail teams to support customer understanding and help ensure our community feels confident making informed wellness choices. The territory will cover the North West Victorian metropolitan area and the CBD.

Duties include:

• Conducting engaging, face to face training sessions for pharmacy staff and store managers
• Educate staff on product benefits and usage
• Stay up to date with industry trends, research and regulatory guidelines
• Provide training for reps at conferences and cycle meetings
• Maintain regular store visits to support staff, answer questions and identify training needs

Skills and Experiences:
About you

• Degree qualified in Naturopathy or Herbal Medicine
• Previous training experience (to both small and large (30+) groups is essential)
• Pharmacy or department store sales/counter experience is preferred
• Vitamins and/or Health food retail background advantageous
• Previous facilitation experience essential
• Strong rapport building and interpersonal relationship skills
• Ability to work autonomously and confidently
• Solid attention to detail
• Highly motivated
