Job Description: We are seeking a skilled VMC Programmer Setter/Operator (Turner/Programmer) with a minimum of 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on expertise in CNC machine setup, operation, and programming to ensure high-precision production. Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines (Turning/Milling) to produce high-precision parts.
• Program CNC machines based on engineering drawings and specifications.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as necessary to maintain product quality.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machines.
• Ensure all parts meet quality and dimensional specifications.
• Adhere to safety standards and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of machine setup, work performed, and production output.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in CNC machine setup, operation, and programming.
• Proficiency in CNC Turning/Milling operations.
• Strong understanding of technical drawings, machining processes, and tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve operational issues.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
