Richmond Marketing is moving into a newly built state of the art warehouse located in Citywest, Dublin 24 in mid-January 2025 and requires 2 experienced VNA Forklift drivers.

Our move to our new location will help us to continue to drive impressive growth over many years.

Working hours are 6am – 2.45pm. Monday to Friday Includes 1 hour lunch and 15 minute break.

Overtime required in busy periods @ 1.5 x Hourly rate.

Key Responsibilities

• Manoeuvring forklifts safely in busy warehouse environment
• Moving palletised goods to and from VNA storage racking areas to loading areas for transport
• Ensuring that forklift driving areas are free from spills or obstructions
• Regularly checking forklift equipment for faults or damages
• Housekeeping – ensuring a clean and safe work environment
To follow instructions as required by the Area Team Leader and Managers to ensure smooth running of the area whilst meeting required output targets

Candidate Requirements

• Forklift VNA forklift licence
• 5 years Experience driving VNA truck in an FMCG warehouse environment
• Flexibility: It is essential that the candidate be able to provide flexibility to the function. Specifically, this may require extra hours during busy periods.
• Strong Organizational Skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy of work
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Good standard of basic English is essential
• Ability to take on knowledge quickly
• Open to feedback in order to develop
• Drive and enthusiasm essential
• Ability to work as part of a team to ensure all output targets are achieved
• Work in line with all Health and Safety procedures on site.
• Adhere to all food safety and quality procedures on site.
• Other related duties maybe assigned.
