Vocational Job Coach

Looking for the right person to join an excellent team as a vocational job coach at Working Partnerships. You would work with clients with developmental disabilities and physical challenges in the community at job sites inside and outside of Madison, including Middleton, Fitchburg, Waunakee and Sun Prairie area and other locations in Dane County.

Looking for people with experience in the human service field, but willing to train the right person with related volunteer or real-life experiences. Ideal candidate would have some experience as a CNA for certain clients and jobsites. Need the ability to work independently with 1 or more clients at a time. Need to be creative, caring and conscientious. Must be willing to be flexible in schedule from day-to-day. Must be dependable and on-time person. Must have own valid driver's license and reliable car for transportation between job sites--must have car as many jobsites are not on bus routes and needed for flexibility in schedule. There is some required driving for all positions. Will be reimbursed for all work-related mileage between jobsites.

This is for a Monday to Friday position, with no weekends or evening hours. Hours would be approximately 30 hours per week, as we try to be flexible with staff schedules as much as possible. Pay starts at $17.75 per hour. Will be given a raise at the end of the probationary period. Please include a resume to be considered for this opportunity.
