Due to continued growth, we are now expanding our Field Sales Team in Dublin.

The Opportunity

This is a full-time door-to-door field sales role, representing one of Ireland’s most recognised telecommunications brands — Vodafone.

You will work directly with customers in your assigned territory, helping them access faster broadband, premium TV, and mobile services while earning uncapped commission for your performance.

This role offers excellent earning potential and clear progression opportunities into leadership and management roles within the company.

Working Hours

Monday – Friday
11:00 am – 8:00 pm
(No weekend work)

Key Responsibilities

• Represent Vodafone products and services within your assigned territory
• Identify customer needs and recommend the best solutions
• Promote and sell Vodafone broadband, TV, and mobile services
• Deliver excellent customer service and build strong relationships
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets
• Work closely with the sales management team to maximise performance

Candidate RequirementsInsurance Requirements

• Full EU driving licence held for 2 years or more
• Age 25 or older

Skills & Experience

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong customer service focus
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Interest in telecommunications technology and trends

Licence Requirement

A valid Irish or EU driving licence is required.

UK licences are only accepted for individuals living in Northern Ireland. Otherwise, licences must be converted to an Irish licence.
