Seaway Valley Music Academy is looking for Teachers to join our team! We are a thriving, and growing music school that needs you! We foster an environment where kids and adults alike feel welcome and excited to learn music.

We need you to:

• Teach – beginner to intermediate levels (or beginner to advanced) weekday afternoons and evenings, with a schedule to suit you. If you are able to teach beginner levels in other instruments also, we’d love to know! We’d also like to know if you are interested in teaching group classes.
• Have a love for teaching! We take music education and caring for our clients seriously. It is important to us that while lessons have structure and are effective, that they are also fun and engaging.
• Have excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills

Requirements:

B.Mus, or College Diploma, or RCM Grade 9 piano certification (preferred)

Previous teaching experience (at least 1 year preferred)

Experience working with kids ages 5 years and up

Successful regular and vulnerable sector Police Check

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour depending on experience/education
