Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Vice President (VP) to lead our organization’s growth and operational excellence. In this vital leadership role, you will oversee key business functions, drive strategic initiatives, foster strong stakeholder relationships, and champion process improvements. Your leadership will be instrumental in expanding our market presence and advancing our mission to provide eco-friendly water solutions.

Duties

• Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to accelerate growth and market penetration
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency, quality standards, and project delivery excellence
• Cultivate and negotiate partnerships, client relationships, and new business opportunities
• Drive process improvement initiatives to optimize workflows, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery
• Oversee project management activities, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget
• Provide visionary leadership that motivates teams, promotes innovation, and sustains a high-performance culture
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and stakeholder meetings to elevate brand visibility

Experience

• Proven leadership experience in senior management roles within water technology, environmental services, or related industries
• Demonstrated success in business development, negotiation, and strategic planning
• Strong background in process improvement methodologies and project management best practices
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Experience guiding teams through change management and fostering a culture of continuous improvement

Pay: $89,932.24-$240,857.35 per year

Work Location: Remote
