Howspace is a Series A B2B SaaS company headquartered in Finland, on a mission to transform how organizations learn and grow. Our collaborative Learning & Development platform is used by over 500 organizations worldwide, with an ARR level approaching 10M€. We work with both public and private sector mid-market organizations, and are seeking to scale rapidly as we enter our next phase of growth.

We are looking for an experienced and hungry VP of Sales to own and execute our sales strategy globally! In this role, you will report directly to the CEO, and play a key role in our journey to scale-up and beyond. Your success in this role will be measured by the success of our Sales organization!

What to take ownership of?

  • Owning and executing the sales strategy to scale revenue to €10M ARR and beyond, ensuring alignment with the overall company growth goals

  • Leading a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

  • Aligning go-to-market strategies to improve lead generation, sales efficiency, and customer experience

  • Developing a data-driven, results-oriented culture within the sales organisation

  • Supporting the team with a hands-on approach in building and nurturing strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders

  • Proven track record of success in international sales leadership roles in the SaaS industry, with experience scaling revenue in the €10M -> €20M+ ARR range

  • Drive to achieve bold growth targets, with a passion for scaling sales organisations toward key milestones collaboratively with the team

  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities with high emotional intelligence

  • Effective communication and negotiation skills to engage C-level executives and key decision-makers

  • Solid business acumen with the ability to translate market trends and customer needs into revenue-driving strategies and help the business expand to new markets

  • Willingness to travel occasionally to the Nordics as part of the role

  • Acquiring the skills above typically requires 8+ years in international sales leadership roles in 2-3 different SaaS companies

  • Proficiency in English, other languages are seen as a benefit
