Sensori is recruiting a Mechanical QA/QC Engineer for a full‑time, permanent position based primarily in Denmark. You will own mechanical quality assurance and control across site activities, ensuring installations meet project specifications, regulatory standards and Sensori’s quality and safety expectations from installation through commissioning and handover.


Responsibilities:
Sensori is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented VVS Technical Responsible Person - Mechanical to join our growing QAQC team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering quality excellence across major multi-discipline projects. Working alongside experienced quality professionals, you will gain hands-on exposure to the full QAQC process and help shape the quality culture on site from day one.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as Responsible Manager for company KLS-A VVS-FUL authorisation and maintain Quality Management System for same.
  • Assist and support the Quality Manager and Project Team to achieve contract quality objectives.
  • Report to quality manager/lead and collaborate with site team.
  • Support implementation of the quality vision, goals, and strategies.
  • Identify and support production of quality department contractual and company deliverables.
  • Verify implementation of contractual requirements.
  • Work with commercial and procurement teams to ensure quality requirements are embedded within applicable Purchase Orders and Contracts.
  • Review, endorse, and monitor Vendor/Contractor deliverables and documentation.
  • Review and approve Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).
  • Support implementation of project procedures and processes.
  • Oversee Contractor quality-related documentation, ensuring compliance with specification requirements.
  • Plan and perform quality audits and assessments of Vendors, Contractors, and their subcontractors.
  • Plan and perform internal audits at key stages of work delivery.
  • Raise non-conformances (NCRs) when out-of-specification conditions are identified and support resolution and close-out.
  • Report non-conformances and corrective actions with documented evidence and recommendations.
  • Review project deliverables (work packs, test packs) to ensure quality requirements are incorporated.
  • Produce weekly and monthly reports and manage KPI information.
  • Ensure all documentation and certification is complete prior to final handover.
  • Utilise Dalux and clients cx platform for managing quality issues and documentation.
  • Attend Quality, Construction Whiteboard, and Weekly meetings.
  • When required, chair and record minutes of Quality meetings and distribute to the project audience.
  • Assist in creating and offering up benchmarks via digital platform Dalux.

Experience:
  • 5+ years in a Quality Engineer / QA-QC role on large-scale construction projects, with at least 2 years on MEP or mechanical installation packages
  • Demonstrable experience on data centre, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, or comparable mission-critical/high-spec projects
  • Track record of owning and maintaining a certified Quality Management System, including document control, procedure updates, and management review
  • Hands-on experience preparing, reviewing, and approving Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, work packs, and test packs
  • Proven audit experience — planning and leading vendor, contractor, subcontractor, and internal audits, including findings reports and close-out tracking
  • Experience raising, investigating, and closing out NCRs, and driving corrective/preventive actions to resolution
  • Experience supporting handover — compiling and verifying certification, O&M documentation, and turnover packages ahead of final handover
  • Experience embedding quality requirements into Purchase Orders and subcontract packages alongside commercial and procurement teams
Qualifications:
  • Recognised VVS-installatør qualification (or equivalent EU-recognised trade/engineering qualification) sufficient to be registered with Sikkerhedsstyrelsen as the fagligt ansvarlig person for a VVS partial authorisation
  • Degree, higher diploma, or trade apprenticeship in Mechanical, Building Services, or Plumbing/HVAC engineering
  • Formal quality qualification — e.g. ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor (IRCA/CQI accredited), or Internal Auditor certification as a minimum
  • Eligibility to work in Denmark (or the relevant jurisdiction) and, where required, permanent employment status with the authorisation-holding entity
