Full job description
The Floor Staff ensures excellent customer service, cleanliness, and efficient operations in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities include greeting customers, taking orders, delivering food and drinks, and maintaining a clean environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers, handle inquiries and complaints.
- Take orders, deliver food and drinks, and clear tables.
- Keep the dining area and restrooms clean and stocked.
- Support teammates for smooth, timely service.
- Follow safety and health protocols.
Qualifications:
- Customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
- Able to stand long periods and lift moderate weights.
Note: May include night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $15.00 – $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
