Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced Catering/Banquet Hall environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional hospitality and a strong understanding of food safety and handling practices. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a Banquet hall setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.
• Take accurate orders ensuring all details are captured correctly.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation.
• Answer any questions regarding food preparation or ingredients.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality control of all dishes served.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Adhere to all food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe dining environment for guests.

Skills

• Previous experience in a Banquet Hall, restaurant or fine dining setting is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive guest interactions.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A passion for hospitality and providing outstanding customer service in all interactions.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.95 - $25.23 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
