Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering food and beverages promptly, assisting with menu selections, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
- Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner while ensuring proper presentation.
- Provide assistance with menu selections and answer any questions regarding food or drink options.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including bussing tables and sanitizing surfaces as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest concerns.
- Uphold high standards of guest services, ensuring all guests have an enjoyable experience.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or customer service roles is preferred but not required.
- Bilingual
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude are essential for success in this role.
