Primo Italian Restaurant is a showcase of Real Traditional Authentic Italian Food made from the highest quality & freshest ingredients served in a busy and fast paced environment. Customers are offered the opportunity to sample true Italian specialties in a warm and relaxing atmosphere.

We are currently recruiting waiting staff to join our existing team of friendly, enthusiastic individuals. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the hospitality sector, have a warm and welcoming personality and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team.

Key Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Greeting customers and showing them to their table.
• Preparing tables, ensuring they are clean and fully set.
• Maintaining knowledge of the complete menu, daily specials, and available items.
• Advising on the best food and drink choices for each customer and answering any questions
• Delivery of cheques and acceptance of payment
• Working diligently to achieve outstanding service quality
• Delivering food and beverages in a timely manner.
• Attending tables and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Handling customer complaints.
• Strictly adhering to food, sanitary, and safety standards.
