You silently clean away any crumbs or used napkins. Does that sound like you? Then chances are you’re the F&B Employee we’re looking for. At Postillion Hotels we mainly focus on gatherings, conferences and meetings, but more and more people are also coming to us for a weekend away. Helping in the bar or restaurant, it doesn’t matter to you who our guest is: you pamper everyone. We call that giving attention with impact.
Attention with impact, also for you:
- Part of our application procedure is completing MapsTell, a behavioural analysis that offers an insight into your talents! You get to keep this report, even if you don’t end up working for us.
- We will take you through a special induction programme. This way you not only get to know your colleagues very quickly, but the organisation as well.

- Someone with an eye for detail. You can quickly see what you can do to make our guests happy and what needs to be topped up.
- You are full of good ideas and are not afraid to share them.
- You don't like sitting still. You're busy all day and your pedometer never falls shy of 10,000.
