O'Sheas Corner, Wicklow Towns favourite bar and restaurant are now hiring waiting and bar staff in part time roles for our upcoming festive season.

The candidate ideally would have experience dealing directly with customers on their own and as part of a team. They will be responsible for ensuring the bar and restaurant is in excellent working order at all times. You will ensure that you are serving customers in a very efficient manner. You will develop a good relationship with our regular customers.

The ideal candidates would have previous experience in the bar/hotel industry, be passionate & enthusiastic about the role and enjoy serving and interacting with customers to enhance their experience.

Supported by a friendly and experienced team our ideal senior bartender would add to the warm and welcoming environment which our customers have come to expect in all our establishments.

Experience desired although not required as training will be provided.

*Candidates must be over 18 years of age as late night finishes and alcohol service will be required*.

Responsibilities

• Manage your section during a busy service ensuring the premises is spotless at all times
• Provide customers with top class drinks and food
• Work efficiently and fast
• Ensure that quality of work or service is maintained

Qualifications

• Experience in a bar/restaurant setting desired (but not required)
• Ability to work under immense pressure in an extremely fast paced environment
• Have a high attention to deal, fast learner ability
