We are looking for an experienced Logistics Executive to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in managing logistics operations and ensuring the smooth and timely delivery of online orders from the hub to customers. Candidates with strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and a passion for logistics operations are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams to ensure timely order deliveries.
• Supervise daily hub operations, including receiving, sorting, and dispatching shipments.
• Monitor delivery status, identify operational issues, and take corrective actions to maintain service efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports related to delivery performance, operational issues, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with customer service and operations teams to ensure smooth coordination and efficient delivery processes.
• Handle daily cash management activities.
• Ensure all customer orders are delivered within the assigned delivery slot timings.

Preferred Candidate:

• Candidates residing in Thrissur are preferred.
