Wanderlust Stripclub is looking for an experienced mature Bar Supervisor to join our dynamic team! If you're a people person, a multitasker, and thrive in fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!

*Job Summary:*

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bar supervisor to oversee our bar operations, lead our team, and ensure an unforgettable experience for our guests. You'll be responsible for managing staff, the smooth operation of each night, working closely with The Director and Management, maintaining high levels of customer service, and driving sales within a fun environment.

*Responsibilities:*

- Manage and motivate a team of bartenders and support staff

- Oversee bar operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and POS systems

- Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve any issues promptly

- Maintain a safe and compliant environment for guests and staff

- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives

- Handle security and safety incidents with professionalism and discretion

*Requirements:*

- Experience in a similar role within a nightclub or hospitality environment with a minimum 3 years in the same role

- Due to the industry we are in we are looking for a mature 30+ Female

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Ability to multitask and work under pressure

- Must have a valid Responsible Service of Alcohol certification and First Aid Certification is favorable but not essential

- Must be available the week of Summernats 8th to 11th January 2026
