Warehouse Operations
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods accurately
- Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders according to company procedures
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment
- Conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet trucks)
Product Procurement
- Source and purchase products from approved suppliers
- Request quotations, negotiate pricing, and compare vendor options
- Create and manage purchase orders
- Track delivery schedules and coordinate with logistics providers
- Maintain accurate procurement and inventory records
IT & Software Responsibilities
- Use and update company Inventory systems
- Maintain digital inventory accuracy and troubleshoot data discrepancies
- Generate reports (inventory, procurement, order status, stock levels)
- Assist with implementing or optimizing warehouse software tools
- Support basic IT tasks: barcode scanners, printers, labelling systems, and workflow automation
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations or procurement (both preferred)
- Strong IT skills, Network and Audio Visual experience
- Good analytical and data-entry accuracy
- Ability to lift and move goods safely
- Full clean Irish Driving Licence
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €36,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
