About the Role

We are launching an exciting new venture formed from the merge of multiple established projects. Things are moving fast, and we are looking for an energetic, dependable Warehouse Assistant to step in and help build our setup from the ground up! You will be working directly alongside our Operations Manager, assisting with daily warehouse flow, packing equipment, and organizing inventory.

No prior warehouse experience? No problem! If you bring a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and enthusiasm for a fast-paced environment, we will teach you everything else on the job.

Key Responsibilities

• Warehouse Support: Assist the Operations Manager with organizing stock, setting up new storage areas, and keeping inventory clear.
• Packing & Dispatch: Help pick, pack, and prepare equipment and orders for upcoming dispatches.
• Loading & Unloading: Assist with loading and unloading transport trucks safely and efficiently.
• Facility Upkeep: Keep the warehouse space clean, organized, and running smoothly during busy operational runs.

What We Are Looking For

• No experience needed: Fully open to beginners—reliability, speed, and a great attitude are what count most!
• Physical Capability: Comfortable with hands-on physical tasks, heavy lifting, and staying active on your feet.
• Language: Good working communication skills in English.
• Hands-On Mindset: Eager to roll up your sleeves, adapt quickly, and build something new together.
