Position: Warehouse Assistant & Driver

Salary: Starting from £25,792 per annum

Hours: 40 /week MON-FRI 06:30 - 15:00 NO WEEKENDS!

Location: Williams, Unit C1 Sandown Industrial Park, Esher, KT10 8BL

A full, clean UK Driving Licence is essential for this role

Here at Williams, an independent trade-only plumbing and heating merchant, we're looking for a Warehouse Assistant & Driver to join our busy and friendly team in Esher!

You’ll be involved in both the preparation of goods for deliveries and the deliveries themselves, so strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills are a must!

Previous Forklift experience and qualifications are not essential, as we provide full in-house Forklift Training for our staff members!

As our Warehouse Assistant & Driver, you'll be:

• Using forklifts (if qualified / once we train you) and other mechanical aids.
• Delivering orders safely, efficiently and with excellent customer service.
• Helping to keep the warehouse clean, tidy and a safe.
• Picking goods and preparing orders for delivery.
• Receipting, storing and replenishing goods.
• Undertaking inventory control.

Ideally, you are:

• Highly accurate in your approach to work with good attention to detail.
• Able to work in what can sometimes be a physically challenging role.
• Respectful in adhering to Health & Safety guidelines at all times.
• Keen to meet deadlines with a flexible approach to daily tasks.
• Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
• A great team player who makes a positive contribution.
