About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Assistant & Delivery Driver to join our Operations team in Eagle Farm. In this dynamic role, you'll split your time between warehouse operations and deliveries, ensuring efficiency and top-tier customer service.

Our ideal candidate is dependable, well-spoken, and able to prioritise tasks effectively, with a strong commitment to delivering a great customer experience. As the face of Protecta, you'll take pride in your professionalism and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders in a timely manner.
Receive and put away stock efficiently.
Load and unload delivery vehicles.
Deliver products to customer sites.
Perform regular cycle counts, stocktakes, and inventory checks to ensure stock accuracy.
Maintain a clean, well-organised, and hazard-free warehouse environment.
Follow all Workplace Health & Safety (WH&S) policies and procedures at all times.
Support the warehouse team with general duties and ad hoc tasks as needed.

Skills and Experiences:
Skills and Experience

Required

Driver’s license
Forklift license
Ability to perform manual handling tasks.
Prior experience in warehouse operations, including pick and pack tasks.

Desired

Strong understanding of WHS obligations and a commitment to workplace safety.
Experience in using business software platforms (NetSuite experience highly regarded).
Organised and capable of managing priorities in a fast-paced team environment.
Excellent communication skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
A problem-solver with a can-do attitude, and a reliable team player passionate about achieving great results.
