Steel-Craft Door Products Ltd. is seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team in Kelowna, BC. This role is responsible for supporting all aspects of warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving, order picking, inventory organization, and general warehouse tasks.

Our warehouse team rotates through various responsibilities to ensure cross training and operational flexibility. The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily warehouse duties including shipping, receiving, order picking, and inventory handling.
• Load and unload trucks safely using appropriate equipment and lifting techniques.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company safety standards.
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle checks as required.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers, customers, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Valid forklift certification is considered an asset.
• Previous warehouse or shipping/receiving experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 30-50 lbs. on a regular basis.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety and accuracy.
