The Impact You'll Make

As a Hydraulic Hose & Fittings Warehouse Technician, you’ll be the hands-on expert ensuring every hose is cut, assembled, and tested to exact specifications. You’ll be the person our customers count on for quality and accuracy; helping prevent costly downtime and keeping their operations running smoothly. Your work will directly impact safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Cut hydraulic hoses to precise lengths using specialized cutting equipment.
• Assemble hoses with the correct fittings, ensuring proper crimping and leak-free performance.
• Pick, pack, and prepare fittings and hose assemblies for customer orders.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment.
• Inspect hoses and fittings for defects before shipping.
• Assist with inventory counts and restocking to ensure parts are always available.
• Work closely with the sales and service team to meet urgent customer needs.

What You'll Bring

• Experience in a warehouse, mechanical, or industrial environment (hydraulic experience is a plus).
• Ability to read and follow measurements accurately.
• Familiarity with hand tools, crimping machines, and cutting equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Physical ability to lift and move hoses, fittings, and boxes (up to 50 lbs).
• A safety-first mindset and a team-player attitude.

Pay: $18.00-$23.86 per hour
