We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and self-sufficient Warehouse Associate & Batch Master to take ownership of our production and fulfillment operations.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

This is a hands-on, all-in role where you’ll own the flow of products from creation to delivery:

• Batch Production
• Prepare and produce 1858 products to exact specifications
• Maintain consistency, quality, and food safety standards
• Warehouse Operations
• Manage and maintain organized inventory systems
• Track stock levels and report shortages proactively
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, efficient, and well-run
• Order Fulfillment
• Pick, pack, and ship e-commerce orders with accuracy and speed
• Prepare wholesale and store orders for delivery
• Delivery
• Deliver orders to local locations using company vehicle
• Ensure timely and professional handoffs

What We’re Looking For

• Valid G Driver’s License (clean abstract preferred)
• Experience working in a warehouse or inventory system
• Comfortable working independently and managing your own time
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Physically capable of lifting and moving product
• Reliable, punctual, and accountable
• Ability to start immediately
