Job Overview
Pearl DCS is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by efficiently handling inventory, order fulfillment, and shipping and receiving tasks. This position requires a strong commitment to safety and quality while working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Working on accurate inventory tracking and order picking.
- Perform order fulfillment tasks, ensuring all items are packaged correctly for shipment.
- Assist in shipping and receiving operations, including unloading trucks and checking incoming shipments for accuracy.
- Operate heavy equipment safely, including pallet jacks and forklifts when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to promote safety and efficiency.
- Conduct regular stock checks to ensure inventory levels are maintained.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience on Forklift machine is a plus.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely, including pallet jacks.
- Excellent attention to detail for accurate order picking and packaging.
- Ability to lift heavy items as required by the role.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
