Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate to support our shipping, receiving, and production operations. This role is critical to ensuring smooth workflow between our warehouse, cutting room, and customers. As our current warehouse team member has unexpectedly had to leave, we are looking for someone who can step in quickly and bring proven warehouse experience to our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all shipping and receiving functions, including weekly Canadian shipments and e-commerce orders to Canada and the US.
- Work with courier and freight services to coordinate domestic and international shipments.
- Coordinate with freight companies on overseas imports.
- Pull fabric for the cutting room, and handle picking and packing of finished goods.
- Maintain organized inventory and a safe warehouse environment.
- Collaborate with production and office staff to support daily operations.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience required (apparel manufacturing or manufacturing environment preferred).
- Hands-on experience with courier and freight services (both domestic and international).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with physical work, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
