Office Central has been in business for over 40 years providing office supplies and other consumables/commodities to the business and education markets. We are looking for energetic individuals to join our business!

Hours: 5pm - 1am (with flexibility to work later if needed)

Monday to Friday

Warehouse & night shift experience is an asset but not required. Must read, write & speak English.

Job Description for “Warehouse Associate”

Ø Checking Orders, Picking Orders and Packing Orders

Ø Stage orders in designated areas for shipping purposes

Ø Complete necessary paperwork

Ø Ensure the accuracy of each order

Ø Ensure a clean working area at all times

Ø Document every action on paper

Ø Maintain a clean warehouse (Garbage, Floors…).

Ø Adhere to all safety rules and practices designed to ensure safety of operations and condition of stock.

Ø Operate moving equipment safely and ensure equipment is in proper working order before each shift

Ø Administrative Duties.

Ø Other duties, jobs and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods of time
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Basic computer skills for inventory management

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
