The job is part-time, 2 to 3 days per week, 7:30am to 4:00pm
Express Medical Supply operates a non-smoking warehouse work environment (heated in winter, no A/C in summer)
The ideal applicant will have or demonstrate:
- Excellent communication skills with a positive personal outlook
- Superior attention to detail (product descriptions, SKU systems, UOM, addresses, shipping routes)
- Ability to work as a team member
- Knowledge and skills related to maintaining a safe work environment
- Flexibility in work schedule
- Ability to lift and move 40 lb orders.
Primary duties:
- Receiving and accounting for supplies received
- Pick and pack orders with accuracy and prepare for shipping (verify correct shipping address, product SKU, unit of measure, quantity, and any special instructions)
- Attach identifying information and shipping instructions ( Priority Mail, UPS, or FedEx) Oversee safe loading and unloading of goods and products
- Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents, record shortages, and reject damaged goods
- Unpack, code, and route goods to appropriate warehouse bin storage areas.
- Maintain internal, manual, or computerized record-keeping systems
- May operate a forklift, hand truck, or other equipment to load, unload, transport, and store goods.
- Maintain clean, clutter-free work safe work environment.
- Submit resume in PDF or Microsoft Word format.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
