Warehouse Clerk

Reporting to the Warehouse Team Leader, the Warehouse Clerk is responsible for the receiving, storage, preparation, and shipping of goods. The incumbent ensures inventory accuracy, maintains an organized warehouse environment, and contributes to the efficient flow of logistics operations. The Warehouse Clerk plays a key role in ensuring that parts and components are readily available to support production while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

This is a full-time, on-site position based at our head office in Vaudreuil-Dorion.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store goods according to established procedures
• Prepare orders for production, customers, and carriers
• Package and ship products and materials
• Ensure inventory transactions are accurately recorded in the appropriate systems
• Participate in periodic inventory counts and stock control activities
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Identify, label, and store products in their designated locations
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure the availability of parts and components
• Assist mechanical assemblers and welders with parts kitting when required;
• Perform any other related duties required within the scope of the position

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Experience in a similar receiving, shipping, or inventory control role
• Knowledge of purchase orders and receiving documentation
• Basic computer skills
• Experience with an ERP system – an asset
• Ability to perform physical work and safely handle materials
• Strong teamwork skills
• Proficiency in French, spoken and written
