About Us

Nesavu is a growing Indian kidswear brand with multiple stores and an active online business. Our warehouse operations depend heavily on accurate data, clean billing, and proper stock entry.

We’re looking for someone who is careful with numbers, organised, and consistent, because even small data mistakes can cause big stock issues.

Role Overview

This role handles warehouse data entry, billing, stock records, and system updates. You’ll work closely with the warehouse, stores, and accounts team to ensure all movements are properly recorded.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Data Entry

• Enter inward and outward stock details accurately
• Update purchase, transfer, and dispatch data in ERP / Excel
• Maintain SKU-wise stock records
• Verify physical stock vs system stock

Billing & Documentation

• Prepare and verify invoices, delivery challans, and transfer documents
• Check supplier invoices against received goods
• Support inter-branch transfer billing
• Maintain proper filing of warehouse documents

Coordination

• Coordinate with warehouse staff for inward/outward confirmation
• Coordinate with stores for dispatch and stock movement
• Support accounts team with required data and reports

Required Skills

Must Have

• Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Comfortable with numbers and data entry
• Basic billing knowledge
• Attention to detail (very important)
• Tamil speaking (mandatory), basic English reading

Good to Have

• Experience with ERP / inventory software
• Retail, textile, or warehouse experience
• GST invoice understanding

Experience

• 0–4 years
• (Freshers with strong Excel skills can apply)

Salary

• Based on experience and skill level
• Industry standard

• Weekly off as per company policy
