Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and adaptable Warehouse Floater to join our team. This position will primarily support the Clothing Department but will also provide assistance across other areas of the warehouse as needed, including special projects and processing table operations. The ideal candidate will be flexible, detail-oriented, and capable of quickly learning new tasks to support shifting priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sorting, tagging, hanging, and organizing clothing for processing and sale
• Ensure clothing items meet quality standards and are prepared for sale or display.
• Support warehouse operations by stepping into special projects as assigned (repacking, building furniture displays, bulk processing, etc.).
• Provide general help at the processing tables, including unpacking, checking, and preparing items for retail store.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and follow all safety procedures.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure workflow is efficient across departments.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned based on business needs.

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse or retail experience is an asset but not required.
• Ability to adapt to different tasks and departments quickly.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle items as required (up to [insert weight, e.g., 40 lbs]).
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.20-$20.33 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
