As order volumes grow, we are strengthening our warehouse operations to ensure speed, accuracy, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.

Position Overview

The Warehouse Incharge will be responsible for the end-to-end management of warehouse operations in Vadakara, including packing, dispatch, stock management, coordination with India Post/courier partners, and delivery tracking.

This role requires a hands-on, disciplined, and highly responsible individual who can manage daily operations independently while maintaining accuracy and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

1. Packing & Dispatch Operations

• Supervise and perform accurate packing of Relieva orders as per company standards.
• Ensure correct labeling, sealing, and documentation for each parcel.
• Prepare daily dispatch batches and ensure timely handover to India Post / courier services.

2. Courier & Post Office Coordination

• Personally manage parcel drop-offs at the Post Office / courier hub.
• Maintain daily dispatch logs with AWB numbers and shipment details.
• Track deliveries and proactively follow up on delays, returns, or failed deliveries.

3. Inventory & Stock Management

• Maintain real-time stock records for finished goods, packaging materials, and consumables.
• Monitor minimum stock levels and inform management in advance for replenishment.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.

4. Returns & Replacement Handling

• Receive returned shipments and update records accurately.
• Coordinate re-dispatch or replacement as instructed by the operations or customer support team.
• Identify common reasons for returns and report issues proactively.

5. Warehouse Hygiene & Organization

• Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and hygienic at all times.
• Follow basic safety, hygiene, and storage practices suitable for Ayurvedic products.
• Arrange products systematically for easy picking and packing.

6. Documentation & Reporting - Maintain daily records of:

• Incoming stock
• Outgoing dispatches
• Pending deliveries
• Returns and damages
• Share daily/weekly reports with the operations team.

7. Process Discipline & Accountability

• Follow SOPs strictly for packing, dispatch, and inventory control.
• Take full ownership of warehouse accuracy, speed, and order fulfillment quality.
• Report issues, shortages, or risks immediately to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory.
• Experience: 0–2 years as Warehouse Incharge / Store Keeper / Dispatch Executive (pharma, FMCG, or e-commerce preferred).
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and dispatch processes.
• Should be Tech savvy and eager to grow professionally.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, Excel/basic spreadsheets, and simple tracking systems.
• Ability to manage physical work such as packing, lifting cartons, and dispatch handling.
• Should have ability to drive a two-wheeler, have his / her own two-wheeler (preferably Scooty) and a valid driving license
• Strong sense of responsibility, honesty, and discipline.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience in handling India Post or courier dispatches.
• Familiarity with COD and prepaid shipment processes.
• Local candidate from Vadakara / Calicut preferred.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently without constant supervision.
