Full-time | Permanent | Monday–Friday | Hours: 7:00 am - 5:00 pm, no weekends

Looking for more than just a warehouse job? Arrow Construction Products, Saint John Branch, is looking for a reliable, motivated Warehouse / Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This is a hands-on position where you'll work with contractors, construction products, tools, inventory, and customers every day. We're looking for someone who wants to learn the business and become an important part of our team.

What you'll be doing:

Warehouse / Yard

- Receive and put away incoming shipments

- Pick and prepare customer orders

- Load and unload trucks and customer vehicles

- Maintain accurate inventory

- Assist with inventory counts and investigate discrepancies

- Keep the warehouse and yard organized

- Prepare shipments and deliveries

- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment

- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Inside Sales & Customer Service

- Learn our construction products, tools, and equipment

- Serve contractors and customers at our counter

- Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries

- Help customers find the right products for their jobs

- Enter orders and prepare quotes

- Build relationships with repeat customers

- Support our outside sales team

- Recommend additional products when appropriate

Forklift experience/certification, a valid driver's license, construction knowledge, warehouse and / or sales experience are all valuable assets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
