About the Role

Headway Construction is looking for a reliable Warehouse Labourer to keep our warehouse clean, organized, and running efficiently. This role also supports our field crews by managing equipment, handling deliveries, and assisting with job-site clean-ups.

Responsibilities

• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
• Sign out and sign in tools and equipment
• Track equipment movement accurately
• Load, unload, and move materials (up to 50 lbs)
• Receive deliveries and organize materials
• Occasionally deliver tools and materials to job sites
• Clean job sites after construction (debris removal, general clean-up)
• Report shortages, damaged items, or equipment issues
• Suggest improvements to make warehouse operations more efficient

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Valid driver’s licence (required for deliveries)
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and organized
• Ability to work independently
• Experience in construction or warehouse work is an asset, but not required
