Location: Mid-State Truck Equipment – Fishers, IN

Position Type: Full-Time

Overview:
Mid-State Truck Equipment is seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse & Lot Support Specialist to maintain the cleanliness, organization, and operational flow of our facility. This hands-on position plays a key role in our daily operations, supporting the warehouse, outdoor lot, and customer service functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, yard, and parking lot areas
• Operate a forklift to load and unload LTL shipments and customer orders
• Assist customers by safely loading small and large items into their vehicles
• Stage outgoing deliveries and receive incoming freight
• Perform pick-up and delivery of lawn mowers and small equipment for service appointments
• Support inventory movement and staging for equipment installs or service work
• Monitor lot and yard to ensure proper placement of equipment and vehicles
• Communicate clearly with the parts, service, and sales teams to fulfill daily priorities

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Forklift experience (certification preferred, or willingness to obtain)
• Previous experience in a warehouse, yard, or customer-facing role preferred
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work in all weather conditions
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and team-first attitude
• Customer service mindset with good communication skills

Schedule:
Monday–Friday, occasional Saturdays during peak seasons

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
