What You'll Do:

• Team up with the Head of Logistics to run the warehouse smoothly.
• Keep things organized and flowing in the warehouse.
• Make sure hiring, efficiency, motivation, and discipline are on point.
• Help out supervisors and staff when needed.
• Keep the warehouse safe and clean.
• Manage and train the team and monitor stock levels.
• Use tools like Linnworks for inventory management.
• Work with different teams to keep things moving.
• Keep data accurate and up-to-date.
• Jump in on other tasks if necessary.

Experience:

• Experienced in managing people.

• Strong leadership and relationship-building skills.
• Quick learner with great communication.
• Problem-solving skills focused on cost control.
• Experience with goods in/out.
• Familiar with scanning systems and voice picking (a plus).
• Good working knowledge of warehouse systems.
