Warehouse - Meat Packer

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse, handling various tasks related to inventory management, order fulfillment, and equipment operation. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform picking and packing of orders accurately to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Utilize RF scanners for tracking inventory and managing stock levels.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
• Assist in inventory management by conducting regular stock checks and reporting discrepancies.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.
• Ensure all heavy equipment is operated safely and efficiently, adhering to company policies.
• Provide mechanical knowledge when troubleshooting equipment issues as they arise.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with order fulfillment processes and inventory management systems.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations related to warehouse operations.
• Strong mechanical aptitude for handling equipment maintenance or repairs.
• Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Monday to Friday
• No weekends
