Position Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and organized Warehouse Officer to join our Scarborough team. The ideal candidate will support daily warehouse operations — including receiving, storing, organizing, and dispatching frozen and grocery products — and ensure smooth workflow to maintain timely distribution to our internal & external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive inbound shipments; inspect goods for damage and verify accuracy against packing lists.
• Store and organize products in the warehouse (frozen & grocery), ensuring proper handling and storage conditions.
• Pick, pack and prepare outbound orders for delivery or shipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in stock counts.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance with hygiene protocols.
• Assist with loading/unloading shipments when required.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely dispatch.
• Report any warehouse or inventory issues to the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Cantonese and English (verbal + written) — mandatory.
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is an asset (preferred but not required).
• Ability to work Monday to Friday during regular business hours.
• Physically capable of handling lifting and moving of goods (frozen and grocery items).
• Good attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork skills.
• Comfortable working in a refrigerated / cold-storage environment (for frozen goods).

• Class G Licence (preferred)
