**Job Summary:**
The 3PL Warehouse Manager is responsible for efficiently managing all aspects of warehouse operations to meet client expectations and ensure the smooth flow of goods through the facility. This includes overseeing inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.
**Responsibilities:**
1. **Operational Leadership:**
- Lead and supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes to optimize space utilization and workflow.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the warehouse.
2. **Inventory Management:**
- Implement and maintain accurate inventory control procedures.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories to reconcile discrepancies.
- Coordinate with clients to manage stock levels and prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
3. **Order Fulfillment:**
- Oversee order picking, packing, and shipping processes to meet client order requirements.
- Implement and monitor order accuracy and on-time delivery metrics.
- Work closely with the customer service team to address client inquiries and resolve order-related issues.
4. **Technology and Systems:**
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and other technology to optimize operations.
- Implement and integrate new technologies to improve efficiency and accuracy in warehouse processes.
5. **Client Relationship Management:**
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their logistics needs and customize solutions accordingly.

**Qualifications:**
Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field. Preferred- Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in a 3PL environment. required
- Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain principles.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proficient in the use of warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant technologies.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Understanding of safety regulations and the ability to enforce compliance.
**Preferred Skills:**
Certification in logistics or supply chain management.- Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance standards.
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
