About Us

Roundtower Hardware is a rapidly growing supplier of architectural ironmongery, specialising in high-quality door handles, hinges, locks, door closers, and associated hardware. As our business continues to expand, we are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative to join our team and play a key role in the day-to-day running of our warehouse operations.

The Role

As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for managing stock, preparing orders, and ensuring the smooth flow of goods in and out of the warehouse. You will need to work independently at times, but also collaborate effectively with the wider team. This role has the potential to grow as we build a team around the successful candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Receiving and checking incoming deliveries
• Organising and maintaining the warehouse space
• Carrying out stock checks and reporting discrepancies
• Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy, and safe at all times
• Working with the sales and admin teams to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly and on time
• Assisting with any other warehouse-related tasks as required

Requirements

• A good attitude and strong work ethic – this is essential
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, growing business
• Warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential – full training will be provided
