The role of Warehouse Operative in Pulsara Dancewear is extremely important as it is the "engine room" of the business. A successful warehouse operative will provide outstanding customer service and above all else will be dedicated to the warehouse environment. This role is crucial for our business as we operate in a very specialised field. While our warehouse is responsible for moving stock into our stores, it also operates a busy export business. We are looking for someone with a Full Clean Driving License and can work from 9.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.

YOUR JOB – your tasks will include:

· Knowledge : Be passionate and knowledgeable about the products you sell. When new products come on board, actively seek out to learn all about their features and benefits. Sharing this knowledge with customers and colleagues alike.

· Goods Received : Receiving, moving, checking and storing incoming goods. A valid Manual Handling Certificate would be preferable.

· Sales : Picking and Packing orders for despatch. Our stock items are small in size, so this is very much like a large scale retail environment.

· Stock Control : Ensure that the stock is packed, checked, counted, and tidy, and work with your manager on ensuring accuracy. Good computer skills are essential.

.Deliveries: To carry out deliveries to our retail stores on a weekly basis and other adhoc duties.

· Company Standards: Ensure company standards of performance are followed at all times.

YOUR PROFILE – your knowledge, skills and experience include:

· Experience - while warehouse/retail experience is not essential it is preferable.

· Motivated - You are highly motivated to perform, physically fit, and strive for excellence and a desire to provide customers with an excellent and precise service. Stock control is our main focus so you must operate to a high level.

· Strong Communicator / Good Listener - You are a very strong communicator, and have excellent listening and interpersonal skills, have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

· Attention to Detail / Organised - You can prioritise and organise your own work, complete all necessary orders and fulfil all commitments on time and with and without supervision, also working with a team member at times.

· Adaptable to change / Open to learn - You have a flexible approach to work, are open to change, continuous improvement, and learning.

· Transport. We are located in an Industrial Park so you will need your own transport to get to work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €14.50-€15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
