Role: Warehouse Assistant(s)

This is an ideal opportunity for highly motivated individuals willing to pursue a career in a small fast-growing environment.

These roles involve shift work. The successful candidates will be required to be flexible in their working hours in order to cover early starts or later finishes.

The role involves:

Order Preparation and Dispatch

• Take, check and store Goods-In
• Enter Goods-In Arrived data
• Keep Warehouse area clean and tidy
• Ensure stock is always accurate
• Manage paperwork and system data efficiently and correctly
• Ensure older dates go out first
• Forklift operation
• Prepare orders efficiently, correctly and on time
• Make sure prepared order areas are tidy and load operations are efficient
• Make sure order presentation is accurate
• Make sure that customers are satisfied
• Ensure cost of out of stock is minimized

Etc.

Overall

• Support Delivery, Production, etc. as required
• Ensure Warehouse cleaning duties are carried out efficiently and correctly
• Work professionally and effectively as part of a team
• Maintain high levels of Health and Safety standards
• Achieve the targets and job standards set out by your Supervisor
• Good communication with Team/Supervisor
• Be adaptable and flexible in your approach to work
• Carry out any other duty required by your Supervisor
• Comply with HACCP requirements

The Ideal Candidate requirements:

• Own transport unless living in the direct vicinity
• Warehouse experience is desirable
• Warehouse IT management system experience is desirable
• The position requires flexible working times including early mornings, evenings, weekends, bank holidays etc.

Package: €28,500 - €31,180 (inclusive of annual performance related bonus and depends on experience)

Shift: Twilight 3:30pm - 12am 5/7 days and Bank Holidays - Flexibility Essential
