Warehouse Operative – Night Shift

€17.37 per hour | Full-time | Permanent

Are you an experienced warehouse operative with a valid forklift licence looking for a secure, permanent position in a fast-paced logistics environment?

Alltrans is expanding, and we’re looking for a reliable, safety-conscious Warehouse Operative to join our growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working as part of a team, takes pride in their work, and can deliver accurate, efficient results in a busy operation.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Warehouse Operative, your duties will include:

• Operating forklifts, electric pallet trucks and hand scanners to handle goods safely and efficiently.

• Assisting with the unloading of flights at Dublin Airport.

• Manually lifting, handling and sorting cartons.

• Working across our Huntstown Business Park warehouse and airside operations at Dublin Airport.

• Following company procedures to ensure the safe, accurate and efficient handling of goods and deliveries.

• Maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy and productivity.

Don't worry if you haven't worked airside before — full airside training will be provided. Transport between the warehouse and airport is also provided.

WORKING HOURS

• Monday to Friday

• 4:00 pm – 12:30 am

• 40 hours per week

• Full-time, permanent employment

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

To be considered for this position, you must have:

• A valid forklift licence.

• A valid Category B driving licence.

• Must be Dublin based

• Experience using electric pallet trucks and hand scanners.

• At least one year's experience loading and unloading trucks.

• The ability to work independently and manage time-sensitive tasks.

• A strong team ethic and a commitment to high standards of safety and performance.

• The right to work in Ireland.

Important security requirements:

• Garda vetting is mandatory to gain access to the airport's airside depot.

• You must be able to provide employment references covering the previous five years.

LOCATION AND COMMUTING

The role is based at Huntstown Business Park, County Dublin, with duties also carried out at Dublin Airport.

Applicants must be able to reliably commute to Huntstown or plan to relocate before starting work.
