Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative with a clean driving record (C License) to join our team. This dual-role position involves performing general warehouse duties and completing deliveries. You’ll be responsible for picking, packing, loading and delivering goods efficiently and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Location – Precision Heating Ltd, Unit 504B Northwest Business Park, Mitchelstown Road, Ballycoolin, Dublin 15

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Duties:

• Receive, unpack, inspect and store incoming goods
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch
• Load and unload delivery vehicles
• Conduct stock checks and report discrepancies
• Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety standards
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet trucks

Delivery Duties:

• Drive and operate a rigid truck (Category C vehicle) to deliver goods between branches and to customers in a timely and professional manner
• Load and unload items securely and safely
• Plan delivery routes to optimise efficiency
• Obtain customer signatures and ensure proof of delivery
• Maintain delivery vehicle cleanliness and report maintenance issues
• Comply with all road safety regulations and company procedures

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or delivery role (preferred)
• Valid Category C driving license with a clean record, CPC & Tachograph Card
• Good physical fitness – ability to lift and move heavy items
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Forklift license (desirable, but not essential)

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday 8.00am – 5.00pm
