Strickland Paper Company, Inc. is seeking an experienced, highly motivated, dynamic Warehouse Order Puller to join our team! The Warehouse Order Puller plays a critical role in ensuring the safe operation of our warehouse and the timely, efficient, accurate and damage-free fulfillment of customer orders.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Pull and prepare product for shipment, ensuring the exact number and type of product is loaded and shipped
• Perform picking and checker duties in an efficient manner that meets productivity standards
• Move product from staging and/or storage areas into trucks or trailers safely, efficiently and without damage
• Load, unload, move, stack, and stage product and materials using a stand-up reach truck or forklift
• Maintain and perform daily inspections on warehouse equipment
• Ensure work areas are neat, clean, and orderly
• Assist in physical inventories
• Perform other duties as necessary and required

Qualifications and Required Skills:

• Proof of valid driver’s license (state ID NOT accepted)
• Must be able to perform simple math calculations
• Must demonstrate ability to use stand-up reach lift and sit-down forklift
• Ability to use computer equipment to generate labels, create shipping manifests, check stock, input data for shipping status, prepare UPS, FED-EX or Freight line shipments
• Must be able to read, understand, and follow directions/instructions/work procedures/safety rules

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to safely lift up to 50 pounds continuously as well as pick with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
• Must be able to climb, crouch, grasp, hear, kneel, lift, pull, push, reach, stand, stoop, talk, walk and engage in repetitive motions for up to 8 or more hours per day
• Must be able to work in a range of indoor and outdoor temperatures

Primary Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 10:30AM - 7:00PM. NO WEEKENDS!
