Warehouse Pantry Associate

Pay Rate: $16–$18/hr (based on experience)

We are looking for reliable and motivated individuals to serve as Pantry Associates. This role is responsible for daily pantry operations, keeping the pantry organized, clean, properly stocked, and assisting customers. Candidates must be either bilingual (Spanish/English) or English-speaking.

Schedule Information

We must fully staff both day and night shifts. A schedule plan will be created to ensure one person covers each shift every day.

Day Shift Hours:

• Monday–Friday: 5:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
• Saturday–Sunday: 5:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Night Shift Hours:

• Monday–Sunday: 6:00 p.m. – 5:00 a.m.

Job Responsibilities

• Check for expired products and remove them
• Prepare food for recycling or disposal
• Stock and organize pantry shelves
• Sweep, mop, and maintain a clean work area
• Serve pantry customers and assist with items
• Update pricing and ensure inventory accuracy
• Work directly with Inventory Supervisor on pantry rules, procedures, and collecting payment

Work Environment

The pantry will be located near the freezer exit area, where temperatures may be below freezing.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
