We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, tailor-made solutions to our clients. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse + Rentals Manager to join our dynamic team.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Warehouse + Rentals Manager to oversee our warehouse and rental asset operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management, and logistics, in a custom fabrication or marketing industry. This role is crucial in ensuring that all exhibit materials and components are accurately managed, prepared, and delivered to ensure seamless event execution.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Warehouse Management:
- Oversee daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, storage, and organization of exhibit materials and components.
- Schedule trucking shifts to move inventory to/from warehouse
- Ensure incoming and outgoing internal and client assets are accurately tracked
- Implement and maintain efficient warehouse processes and systems to ensure timely and accurate handling of all inventory.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to manage stock levels and ensure availability of necessary materials.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and manage the reconciliation of discrepancies.
2. Rentals Management
- Asset Database Management: Maintain up-to-date records of all rental and client assets, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Inventory Control: Perform regular physical audits, manage asset storage, distribution, and returns, and collaborate with logistics for efficient transportation.
- Process Management: Develop and streamline asset management processes, including check-in/check-out, labeling, and storage.
- Client Asset Management: Oversee the care and return of client-owned assets stored at Sequoia.
- Reporting & Documentation: Generate regular reports on asset status and maintain accurate records of all asset-related activities.
3. Team Management:
- Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff, including assigning tasks, providing training, and conducting performance evaluations.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, ensuring clear communication and effective teamwork.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns related to warehouse operations and rentals activities.
4. Safety and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols within the warehouse.
- Implement and enforce best practices for safe handling and storage of exhibit materials.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to warehouse operations and staging.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in warehouse management and staging, preferably within the exhibit or tradeshow industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficient in inventory management systems and software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week

- Secondary School (preferred)

- warehouse: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
