Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, optimize supply chain processes, and lead a team of warehouse staff. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of warehouse management systems, and proficiency in various computer applications. This role involves managing inventory, coordinating logistics, and ensuring safety and efficiency within a fast-paced manufacturing or distribution environment. The Warehouse Manager will play a critical role in process improvement initiatives and maintaining excellent customer service standards. Candidate will be responsible to promote B2B sales growth. This position bridges operational efficiency and customer relationship management.

  • Serve walk-in contractors and wholesale accounts.
  • Process order configurations, quotes, and invoices accurately.
  • Inbound and outbound B2B sales lead generation.
  • Provide technical product assistance to dealers and installers.
  • Resolve order discrepancies and delivery delays quickly.

Duties

  • Supervise daily warehouse activities including order picking, packing, shipping, and receiving.
  • Lead and motivate warehouse staff through effective team management, supervision, and training.
  • Coordinate with supply chain teams to optimize logistics, reduce lead times, and improve process efficiency.
  • Oversee the use of forklifts and other heavy lifting equipment ensuring safety protocols are followed.
  • Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance warehouse operations and reduce costs.
  • Maintain accurate documentation using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for reporting and analysis purposes.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and conduct regular safety audits.
  • Collaborate with purchasing departments to manage stock levels and procurement processes.
  • Support e-commerce fulfillment processes including order picking and packaging for timely delivery.
  • Utilize data analysis skills to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse distribution and process efficiency.
  • Facilitate communication between departments to ensure seamless operations across the supply chain.

Experience

  • Proven supervisory or team management experience within a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
  • Hands-on experience operating forklifts and other heavy lifting equipment with proper certification preferred.
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Windows OS, and familiarity with process improvement methodologies.
  • Experience working with supply chain logistics, 3PL providers, or in e-commerce fulfillment is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data for process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French is highly desirable for effective communication across diverse teams.
  • Excellent organizational skills along with time management capabilities to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Prior experience supervising staff within a manufacturing or distribution setting is preferred. Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
