Job Summary

Bayshore Produce is looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Selector to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience working in a produce warehouse, selecting orders accurately, being familiar with the commodities, building pallets, and ensuring product quality.

Responsibilities

• Select customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Build, wrap, and organize pallets for shipping.
• Check product quality, freshness, and condition.
• Rotate inventory following FIFO procedures.
• Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment safely (if certified).
• Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.

Experience

• Previous warehouse experience preferred (produce experience is a plus).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to work in a refrigerated environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
• Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
